LGBTQ2S+ Inclusion

When you enter the front doors of First Baptist Church, you will see the Progress Pride flag displayed in our window. This pride symbol reflects FBC’s continued desire to celebrate the God-given worth of every person, act in solidarity with minority communities and commit to learn from the lived experiences of others.

FBC is working towards being a fully inclusive church. We strive to be a safe place to worship and a sanctuary for members of the LGBTQ2S+ community feeling threatened or distressed in the downtown area.
